Now ask yourself, what can you do each day or each week to feel that way? Write that down. Many of our goals are things we accomplish by doing a little each day or each week. Reaching goals is rarely done in short bursts of heroic efforts.
Focus on generating those feelings in your life, and you’ll change what you do each day and each week, accomplishing more than you thought possible this time next year.
